I'm sure you read the polls about spawn- and selkilling on our website.
Most teams want to allow spawn and selkills. But we have also teams here which have been registered to the cup just because of this alternatevely rule with spawn protection. Same for selfkill,
but I think thats not
too important and all can live when we allow selfkill completly.
So here comes my suggestion for a compromise for all:
1. we allow selfkill in all situations
2. we drop all spawnprotected areas. Kill where you want, whenever you want.
3. we set the invulnerability time after re-spawn to 6 seconds for both teams. This prevent for killing immediately after re-spawn. We have this on our public server and it works like a charm
and keeps fair game play.
Now the bad site: For point 3 we have to swap back to ETPUB, because there we can setup the invulnerability time after re-spawn very easy. For me its not possible to justify this time on ETPRO,
you need a MOD
for that which is not freely available and I haven't access to this one. If you have any suggestions how to setup the invulnerability time on ETPRO to a higher value we could use ETPRO of
course, in this case

I'll bet some guys will not love it to play on ETPUB, but at least we can drop all this difficult rules, and live of referee will be a bit easier, and we have less trouble during the games. I
hope all teams are flexible

I know all things go a bit in and out, sorry for that. Next cup we talk about such things before the registration stage.
BTW, we will also allow 2 spectators for each team (of course spectators can only spec the own team), and it will be spossible to substitute players during a game with spectating replacement.
